DDGS Exports to Japan on Pace for Record 2011
This is an exciting time for the U.S. Grains Council as they have recently reported that sales of U.S. Dried Distiller Grains with Soluble (DDGS) to Japan for the year 2011 are on pace to break all-time record highs. This is much welcomed news, especially after a recent visit by a DDGS promotion team of Japanese feed, livestock and trade industry representatives to major U.S. DDGS suppliers and growers.

Russia lifted the previously instilled ban on grain shipments on July 1. The August 2010 ban was imposed as a result from the damage to crop caused by drought.
